Kristin Hug is a Sr. Director of Capture Management focused on developing winning strategies for identified opportunities to realize our horizontal organic growth objectives. Additionally, Kristin supports the end-to-end business development lifecycle with opportunity identification and proposal development. With 25 years in the industry, she has experience in both large and small companies supporting commercial, federal, and defense sectors.

Kristin previously held executive-level service delivery positions and drove exponential growth at those companies by building strategic client relationships, providing exemplary customer service, and driving results to meet the mission.

Kristin has a strong commitment to professional growth, both for herself and others. She participates in Evoke’s Mentorship Program and provides informal mentoring and coaching to others in the organization.
