Jennifer Friest serves as Evoke’s Director of Contracts, overseeing all contracts, subcontracts, and associated compliance functions. She also partners with our Growth team, creating teaming agreements, assisting with RFP reviews for risk areas, as well as utilizing her keen eye in proposal compliance and color team reviews. The relationships she fosters both with our clients and our internal business units have proven critical to Evoke’s efficient back-office operations, successful project delivery, and continued growth. Jennifer embodies trust and credibility and exhibits integrity, fairness, and respect for others in her actions in the various areas she contributes.
Jennifer has over twenty-five years of professional experience working in a corporate environment, with seventeen years in the government contracting/management consulting industry. Her business acumen has been cultivated through previous roles including that of Chief Administrative Officer with Board presence for an 8(a) small business engineering firm and sister company under its private equity firm. She has also held functional roles as Corporate Security Officer, Billing Manager, Program Manager, and HR Manager for firms with core capabilities primarily in program management and acquisition, technology and engineering, and security and surveillance support. Her leadership positions have included oversight of corporate administrative operations and facility management.
As a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) through the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), she exhibits knowledge from the perspective of the federal environment.
