Heather is a Senior Director of Capture Management, a role that encompasses a multifaceted approach to enabling the company’s growth. Her primary responsibilities include capture management, targeting key government agencies, and formulating strategies to position the company for success in competitive procurements. Additionally, Heather supports the end-to-end business development lifecycle with opportunity identification and proposal development.

Prior to Evoke, Heather established herself as a seasoned business development professional across several large and small business contracting firms, where she specialized in developing, implementing, and continuously improving capture and business development best practices.
