Gary Paxson is the Portfolio Director for Evoke’s US Dept of Agriculture (USDA) programs, driving topflight delivery of exceptional technical consulting services and thought leadership across all USDA-related engagements.

A veteran of the IT industry, Gary comes from a long and diverse background in program management, product delivery, and technical leadership roles in the medical, health insurance, and telecommunications industries.  Prior to his federal experience, Gary was responsible for domestic and international pre-sales and delivery of a broad range of telecom software and big data analytics products, technical consulting, and support services to some of North and South America’s most prominent telecommunications providers.

As a technical practice development champion and change leader, Gary has a proven track record of building and tailoring highly productive purpose-driven teams with deep industry knowledge and experience our customers come to trust and rely on to help them address many of their most pressing challenges.  A firm believer in promoting and maturing Evoke’s talent from within, Gary is constantly on the lookout for and mentoring the next generation of Evoke leadership.
