Damaris serves as Evoke’s Senior Director of both Strategic Growth and Delivery Operations, where she provides executive-level oversight across Evoke’s contract delivery and IT functions, including a portfolio of multi-year federal programs spanning IT modernization, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps initiatives for national security, health, and energy-sector clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, Damaris guides Evoke’s project and program managers and site leads, sets performance goals tied to contract and corporate objectives, and leads business development and capture management, driving Evoke’s proposal strategy to support and sustain the company’s continued growth.

Before joining Evoke in 2021, Damaris spent more than a decade at CSRA (formerly SRA International), where she advanced through a series of project and program management roles, directing IT modernization and ERP transformation efforts for the Navy and Marine Corps. In the years between CSRA and Evoke, she led teams responsible for implementing and maintaining large-scale federal IT and cybersecurity programs supporting the Air Force, FBI, DOE, and State Dept.

Damaris holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner.
