Barb Hubbell serves as the Vice President of Operations.  She provides leadership to our Service Delivery team, mentors our team of consulting professionals, and works closely with our clients to fulfill contract requirements. Barbara collaborates closely with finance, business operations, and the business development team to enhance our infrastructure, develop innovative solutions, and positively contribute to Evoke’s growth.

Barb is an accomplished professional renowned for optimizing operations, forging meaningful client connections, fostering inclusive teams, and driving financial success. With over 30 years of experience in intelligence, defense, and commercial sectors, she has excelled in leadership positions across the government contracting industry with expertise in operations, mergers & acquisitions, and finance.

Her commitment to fostering collaborative relationships, inclusivity, and financial excellence is unwavering. Barbara is passionate about mentoring and advancing her colleagues. She previously co-chaired a regional Women’s Network, where her commitment empowered and supported women in their career journeys.
