Evoke’s Commitment to Quality

Evoke Research and Consulting is committed to quality delivery of professional services to our client, and has undergone the vigorous process to achieve registration under the International Standard for Quality – ISO 9001:2008.

ISO 9001 Certification addresses various aspects of quality management and provides guidance and tools for companies and organizations that want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that the quality of those products and services are consistently improved.

Evoke Quality Policy

Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC will consistently provide services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers and our employees.  We will foster an environment of continuous improvement and focus on enhancement of services and superior customer satisfaction. We will actively pursue quality through programs that enable each employee to excel and ensure all Evoke staff are actively pursuing excellence in their professional development.

Customer Quality Commitment

  • Evoke will always look for opportunities for continuous process improvement in an effort to achieve client satisfaction, client retention, and client referrals.
  • Evoke employees will exceed the experience, education and certifications necessary to delivery our clients’ requirements.
  • Evoke Executive Leadership will oversee internal project reviews for all projects to ensure delivery of high-quality products, on-time, 100% of the time.
  • Customer contract reviews will be conducted for our clients quarterly to ensure delivery of high-quality products, on time, 100% of the time.
  • All projects will adhere to the standard corporate quality management processes approved by the Evoke Communities of Practice and the Senior Executive Team.

Employee Quality Commitment

  • Evoke will provide a significant number of opportunities for employee professional development through the Communities of Practice program, training, and education reimbursement.
  • Evoke will provide each employee with the tools, templates and processes to be successful as an Evoke consultant.
  • All employees will have a 30-day check-in with their site lead, a 90-day check-in with their site lead, a 6-month career mapping session with their site lead with support from Human Resources, and an annual review with their site lead that includes significant feedback, on-time, 100% of the time.
