Greg Blaisdell

President and Managing Partner

Mr. Blaisdell founded Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC in 2005 and serves as President and Managing Partner.

Mr. Blaisdell has over 20 years of professional experience that has included a broad spectrum of roles across international commercial consulting and government contract operations.

Prior to launching Evoke, Blaisdell had executive responsibility for operations, sales, marketing, and management of various client programs for multiple small and emerging federal contracting firms in the Washington, DC area.  In his consulting roles, Blaisdell served as a program and project manager, Portfolio Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) subject matter expert.  Blaisdell also provided business process reengineering services to several large agencies and commercial organizations including AT&T, British Telcom and Concert Communications.

Blaisdell began his consulting career on a Department of Defense contract supporting the Secretary of the Army for Research, Development and Acquisition.  Later, Blaisdell moved to a large science and technology firm and consulted for the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization where he supported national missile defense and theater missile defense initiatives.  Blaisdell supported programs devleloping the U.S. Navy Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense vessels, most notably the Aegis Lightweight Exo-atomospheric Projectile Intecept program.

Arriving in Washington in 1995, Blaisdell spent time fundraising for the United States Capital Historical Society and the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area.  Prior to 1995 Blaisdell served in the Office of the Mayor of St. Cloud, Minnesota and consulted for his national fraternity as a Leadership Consultant.

Blaisdell is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University and a certificate from the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University.
