Course Leader: Mark Adrian

Mr. Adrian is responsible for the management and execution of Evoke's Education and Training services and the firm’s Communities of Practice program, driving continuous improvement of Evoke’s Core Services and the use of standardized tools, templates and processes. His responsibilities include designing and establishing the Evoke University to deliver education and training to Evoke employees, clients, and partners. Additionally, Mr. Adrian works closely with the executive team to design and implement the Evoke Executive Mentorship Program and Evoke Leadership Development Program to equip all Evoke executives and senior program managers with the insight, tools and skills required to either enhance their roles as members of the Evoke Executive Team or to become senior executives in the firm. Prior to joining Evoke in 2014, Mr. Adrian served as President and CEO of Adrian Technologies Incorporated dedicated to providing continuous improvement support services to Federal and commercial clients. He has over twenty-plus years of management consulting experience, primarily serving as a subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training and deployment, Systems Engineering, Product Assurance, and Project Management. Mr. Adrian received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

You Will Learn

Participants will learn how to execute Black Belt projects and drive change in the enterprise, define process metrics and set up measurement systems that enable data-based decision-making, analyze data to solve complex, enterprise-wide issues and present meaningful results to management, use the tools to produce measurable improvements, provide assistance and mentoring to Green Belts.

Certification Requirements

To achieve the professional Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB) certification, each trainee must pass the LSS BB Exam and conduct an individual project to lead outside of class. Each trainee will have access to work with the Evoke Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt instructor to implement their individual LSS projects. Once your work is completed, you will receive a certificate.

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

For certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs), you should receive 72 PDUs for this course. You will be provided with a PMI activity number and code during the course.
